The CHSI Solutions Hotline is a call center staffed by Registered Nurses (RNs) to assist supervisors in determining the course of action needed for an injured employee. The call center is available 24/7 and has multilingual translators that are available to assist all non-English speaking employees. CHSI Solutions Hotline provides a simple and effective way to address the challenge of managing work-related injuries by:
- Immediate access to medical professionals for injured employees and supervisors, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Sound clinical decisions about when first aid is appropriate and when referrals are necessary
- Consistent treatment decisions and documentation of injuries
- When off-site referrals are necessary, directing employees to the most effective providers
- Prompt reporting of injuries to all designated recipients
- Consolidated reporting of all injuries via a secure website
CHSIConnect.com
CHSIConnect.com is a secure online membership portal for clients to file and manage claims online, pay bills and print or request certificates of insurance. New claims can be opened online and existing claims can be reviewed.
